In order to fix a problem with the site, we'll need to be able to duplicate whatever it was that you were doing, before you saw a particular issue. So please let us know when you submit your feedback, either in words, or images, but preferably both. It's astonishingly helpful, so please don't skip this step if you can possibly avoid it.

Your hardware and setup

In the wonderful world of the web, problems can be specific to the device, or operating system that you are using. So we'd love to know:

• What device you are using, Desktop PC, Android Tablet plus model, IPhone etc
• The model of your device, if you know it
• What browser you using. Please Let us know, if you know
• The operating system on your device. If you know it, please let us have that information as well
